1) Will my characters remember our conversation?
Of course! We currently set our context limit at 4k, but that provides a sufficiently long chat memory. We are upgrading to an even larger 8 - 16k context soon. You will also be able to upgrade your character's memory to ensure it remembers key facts about you.
2) How many characters can I create?
At the moment there is no limitation to the number of characters you can create!
3) Can I customize my character's personality?
Yes, you have the option of allowing us to randomize a character as a starting place, or you can start fresh and create their entire persona yourself. In either case, you have full control to tweak it as you wish.
4) Can I create images on Textation?
Yes! Once you create a free account, you'll have access to our GenAI image tools. Your character will also be able to reply with images during your chats.
5) What kind of topics can I chat about with my characters?
We are currently using an uncensored LLM. You should be able to talk freely with your character with no guardrails. However, depending on how the personality of your character develops, they may not want to discuss certain topics!
